This is the first case I received from my readers. A cai-guan-yin chart with a weak xin day master. He's born in the door of wealth since his indirect wealth star is in the month earthly branch. Below are his particulars.

A cai-guan-yin chart is already a balance chart and a good quality cai-guan-yin chart should have strong resource, strong officer and strong wealth stars. In this chart, the resource earth stars are rooted. The officer fire star is strong in the mao wood month and the wealth wood stars are also rooted.
Technically speaking, his Useful god should be the resource stars. Now, should it be the ji earth or the wu earth?
From the classical theory, wu earth can protect the xin better because the dirty ji earth will contaminate the beautiful xin metal. The absent of wu earth can somewhat reduce the quality of this cai-guan-yin chart. Nevertheless, this chart is quite a favorable one because technically, it is well balance.
Again, from the classical theory, having a ding fire in the evening hours is like holding a lighted candle when it's almost dark. This candle light can be used to paved the way for many people.
